Premium is $9.99/month or $99/year, billed securely through your App Store account. You'll never be charged outside of Apple's billing, and you can see every charge in your Apple subscriptions.
Yes. Cancel from your iPhone's subscription settings in a couple of taps. You'll keep Premium until the end of your billing period, then drop back to the free plan — your closet stays intact.
Tap "Restore purchases" on the new device and your Premium subscription comes right back. Your closet syncs to your account, so everything is waiting for you when you sign in.
